Sherretha decided to become a massage therapist because she loves helping people.

Her bodywork style is nurturing while holistic. Her intuitive touch helps powerfully unwind the unique tension in your body, while helping your mind and spirit deeply rest.

Alongside therapeutic massage bodywork, reflexology, and pre-natal massage which are just some of the modality she practices.

She’s very passionate about helping people on their healing journey. Sheretha specialize in, but is not limited to deep tissue techniques focusing on postural issues. She likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy.

Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from every day use or injuries from overuse.

Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients. Using my clinical education in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage.

Sherretha enjoys focusing on the head and neck area, including sinus and headaches.

At the end of the day she find such a fulfillment knowing she has made a difference in helping her clients feel better. Her knowledge of the human anatomy and healing mindset attune to understanding clients injuries even better.

Sherretha also believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. She strongly believe in staying active and using physical fitness to live a happy, healthy life.
